Payment Methods Accepted
Note about personal checksWe accept personal checks written on US banks. The check must be for the entire amount of the order, including shipping and sales tax, if applicable. HOWEVER, to take advantage of any applicable discount offers and coupon codes, as well as orders that benefit our affiliate partners, you MUST order through our secure online ordering system.
We Do Not Accept
Important information about paymentFor security purposes, we require that the billing information provided must match that of the cardholder. Failure to provide this information correctly may cause your order to be delayed or canceled. Additionally, on orders where the buyer is shipping an order to an address other than the billing address, we will require a VCode number located on the back of the credit card.
Security Measures
Protection of your payment informationWe implement very rigorous security policies to ensure that your payment information remains private. When entering your credit card or check information, the communications between your computer and our payment processor are completely secure using 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. This process scrambles your information as it travels across the internet and only the intended recipient is able to decipher it. This method is currently the standard in secure communications for the internet.
Sales TaxOur shipping facility is located in Bergen County in the State of New Jersey. Laws require that we charge sales tax (7%) on orders shipped to addresses in the State of New Jersey. Sales tax is calculated from the total of the merchandise purchased. Sales tax will not be charged for any shipping costs.

Canada and International – Shipping
For Canadian orders, we ship via USPS.
For Canadian or International orders, our online shopping cart will calculate all freight costs for you. There is no obligation to purchase unless you complete the transaction. For large wholesale orders, please email us and ask us to quote the shipping cost.
Customs and other feesOccasionally with international shipping (outside the United States), the destination country may charge duties and import taxes on your shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the package, and will be collected at pickup.
ReturnsWe accept returns only for merchandise that was defective in manufacture.
Special CircumstancesLarge wholesale orders will require prepayment via bank wire transfer. Please email us for details.
Damaged or Defective ProductsWhen you receive your package(s) please inspect it carefully as well as the items included. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please call or email us with specific information regarding damaged or defective products. It is very important that you contact our Customer Service Department before returning any products.
Product WarrantiesNo product warranty or claim to effectiveness is implied, delivered or assumed with the purchase or use of Pet Music.
